Q: What areas do you offer Local Delivery services? A. Currently we offer services for the 3 mile radius that is Downtown Los Angeles, with the following street boundaries: Los Angeles River on the east, the Hollywood (101) Freeway to the north, the Santa Monica (10) Freeway on the south and the Harbor (110) Freeway on the west, and extended to include University Park, University of Southern California (USC) and Central City West neighborhoods. Q: What if I live outside this area? Can I still request local delivery? A. Yes, however the fees will be higher. When you place your first order, we'll provide you with a shipping price and suggestion of local delivery or UPS ground. Q: How do I place an order? A: You can place an order online at: http://www.pussyandpooch.com/store/pc/home.asp. You are required to set up an account and answer all questions regarding your delivery preferences. Q. Can I place an order by phone? A. No, all orders must be placed online to ensure you are provided with the best customer service possible. You may call the store to check product availability, ask product specific questions, or arrange in-store pick up. Q: How much do you charge for local delivery? A: We offer FREE delivery on orders over $75. There is a $5 fee for orders of $20-75 and orders under $20 are charged a $10 fee. Q. What if my selected items are out of stock? A. We will contact you to discuss your order, you can select a partial delivery or choose to wait until your items are back in stock. Q: What day will my delivery arrive? A: We deliver (via car) on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Depending on when you place your order, your items will be delivered on the next available delivery day (wed or sat). So your order should arrive within 2-4 days. If your delivery address is within 2 blocks of the store, we'll walk over your order within 2-4 days. If your timing needs are sooner, please call us so we can make arrangements. Q: What time of the day will I receive my delivery? A: Between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm. Q: Do I have to be home when the delivery arrives? A: No. However, if you prefer to be home to receive your package, be sure to select this option in your delivery preferences. You may also select Saturday delivery if that is more convenient. Q: Can you deliver to my place of employment? A: Yes. In your account settings, you can even set up more than one address for delivery so you can change locations for specific orders. Some office locations may require you to meet the driver at the curb to receive your order. Q: The item I'm looking for is not on the website. A: If you do not see an item on the website, you may contact us via phone to add it to your order. We are adding new products weekly, and we may occasionally discontinue items that are no longer available. Q. What is the Return Policy on orders from local delivery? A. You have 7 days from the received date to return items for a full refund or 30 days for in-store credit. We do not accept returns on damaged or used items. Q. How long does it take to prepare my order? A. Typically we can have it ready the same day. However, if you order past 3 pm, it is possible that your order will be ready the following day. (Note for Long Beach orders: not all products listed on the site are in-stock, however they are in-stock in the LA store. These items can be transfered at no cost, but can take 1-3 days to be transferred. If your order requires items for transfer, you will be notified by the LB store.)
Q. Do I need to show my ID when I pick up my order? A. Yes, we will require you to show your Drivers License (or another valid ID) and Credit Card (used to place the order) to pick up your order. If you would like someone else to pick up your order, you must make reference to this person's name in the Comments section when placing your order. You may also call the store to make this request.
Q. Is this service available at ALL locations?

Q. Can I do Curb-Side Pick-Up?
A. Yes. Make reference to this request in the Comments section when placing the order. You can also call the store to advise us you are on your way and would like to have your order ready for curbside pick-up. Note that in Belmont Shore, we also have a convenient loading area in the back alley directly behind the store, making it very easy to load into your vehicle. Please understand that we may be busy with other customers at the time of your arrival so please call ahead to arrange this.
