Local Delivery

We offer convenient local delivery from all of our locations. Just select the Local Delivery option during checkout. But first, learn how Local Delivery works and check to see if your home or business is within delivery range.

In-Store & Curbside Pickup

Your order will be ready when you arrive. Shop online with us and simply select a Pickup option to complete your purchase. Then pull up and we’ll bring your order right to your car.


How it works

Q: How much do you charge for local delivery? 
A: We offer FREE delivery on orders over $100, a $7 fee for orders $30-99. There is a minimum order of $30 for local delivery. 

Q: What areas qualify for Local Delivery services? 
A.  Within a 3 mile radius of your chosen location.

Downtown Los Angeles:
East of the Los Angeles River
North of the 101 Freeway
South of the the 10 Freeway
West of the 110 Freeway 

Extension to include University Park, University of Southern California (USC) and Central City West neighborhoods.

Belmont Shore and Downtown Long Beach:

Delivery to  the following zip codes: 
90802, 90803, 90804, 90813, 90814, 90822, 90831

Beverly Hills: 

Delivery to  the following zip codes: 
90210, 90211, 90212

Q: What if I live outside this area? Can I still request local delivery? 
A. Yes, however there will be additional fees. When you place your first order, you can decide to have it shipped or delivered.  

Q: How do I place an order? 
A: Online. You are required to complete the order online, including any relevant instructions for local delivery preferences. 

Q. Can I place an order by phone? 
A. No, all orders must be placed online to ensure you are provided with the best customer service possible. You may call the store to check product availability, ask product specific questions, or arrange in-store pick up. 

Q. What if my selected items are out of stock? 
A. We will contact you to discuss your order, you can select a partial delivery or choose to wait until your items are back in stock. We may suggest similar items for substitution.

Q: What day will my delivery arrive? 
A: We deliver any day of the week and strive to deliver within 2-3 days. For closer deliveries, within 1-2 days. If your timing needs are sooner, please call us so we can make arrangements. Same day deliveries are not guaranteed. 

Q: What time of the day will I receive my delivery? 
A: Typically between business hours of 9 am and 6 pm.

Q: Do I have to be home when the delivery arrives? 
A: No. However, if you prefer to be home to receive your package, be sure to select this option in your delivery preferences. 

Q: Can you deliver to my place of employment? 
A: Yes. In your account settings, you can even set up more than one address for delivery so you can change locations for specific orders. Some office locations may require you to meet the driver at the curb to receive your order. 

Q: What if the item I'm looking for is not on the website? 
A: If you do not see an item on the website, you may contact us via phone to add it to your order. We are adding new products weekly, and we may occasionally discontinue items that are no longer available. 

Q. What is the Return Policy on orders from local delivery? 
A. You have 7 days from the received date to return items for a full refund or 30 days for in-store credit. We do not accept returns on damaged or used items. If you have a question about a returnable item, please call us, and please see the full details of our return policy.

In-Store & Curbside Pick Up

How it works

Q. How long does it take to prepare my order? 
A. Typically, it’s ready the same day. Orders past 3 pm, are subject to be ready the following day. You may call the store to confirm and request same day service at no charge.
Q. What if my selected items are out of stock?
A. We often have stock at our other locations and we can transfer the item at no charge. Transfers typically take 1-3 days.  You will be notified if any of your items are out of stock.  

Q. Do I need to show my ID when I pick up my order? 
A. Yes, we will require you to show your Driver's License or another valid ID, and the Credit Card used to place the order. If you would like someone else to pick up your order, you must reference this person's name in the Comments section when placing your order. You may also call the store to make this request.
Q. Is this service available at ALL locations?
A. Yes.
Q. Can I do Curb-Side Pick-Up?
A. Yes. Reference this request in the Comments section when placing the order. You can also call the store to advise us you would like to have your order ready for curbside pick-up. Note that in Belmont Shore and Beverly Hills, we also have a convenient loading area in the back alley directly behind the store, making it very easy to load into your vehicle. Please understand that we may be busy with other customers at the time of your arrival so please call ahead to arrange this.
